Terms and conditions

The seller is DD, in the Netherlands. The shop is for people aged 18 or older.

An order is placed when you submit the form. The sale is complete once the payment has arrived and the order is marked paid. Until then the address and the stock stay reserved, for as long as the payment window on the order says.

You do not get an email that the payment arrived or that the parcel did. You see the status on order tracking. Keep your order code. Without that code you cannot open the order.

Prices are in euro. The amount in Bitcoin or Monero stays the same for a limited time. A payment that is too low is not marked paid by itself. A payment you have already sent is not reversed by us.

We ship only to countries in Europe. The delivery time is on the Delivery times page.

Sending an order back because you changed your mind is not something we do. We do not take products back. A payment that has arrived is not refunded.

If a product does not work as it should, you report that with a ticket. We sort that out through that ticket. We do not give a warranty on top of what the law requires.
