Delivery times
We ship discreetly and anonymously from the Netherlands, with PostNL, in plain packaging. We ship to all of Europe.

An indication in working days, after payment is confirmed — not a promise. PostNL usually delivers a parcel in the Netherlands on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday); delayed ones often still arrive within two days. To Belgium, PostNL quotes 1–2 days; we allow a conservative 2–4 working days to the door. To Germany (a parcel from the Netherlands) we allow 3–5 working days as an indication, not a promise. Products go as a tracked parcel, not as mailbox mail (which in the Netherlands is often the next delivery day if posted before collection, or within two delivery days).
What the parcel looks like
A plain PostNL box or envelope, with no shop name on the outside. Discreet and anonymous packaging: from the outside it is an ordinary parcel. The courier needs your name and address to deliver. Nothing else goes on the parcel from us.
Before the courier: payment confirmation
Add up to one working day for us to confirm your payment. We ask our own Bitcoin or Monero node — never a public explorer. Bitcoin usually needs one confirmation, Monero about ten. If that node is down, an operator marks the order paid by hand. There is no spend key on the shop.
Tracking
Use your order code on the track an order page. When we dispatch, we send the courier's tracking number as an encrypted message to your order — readable with your code and by nobody else, including us once it is written.
What we tell the courier
Your name and your address. No email address, because we never asked for one, and no shop name on the outside. We do not write what is in the box on the label.
After delivery
We destroy your delivery address once you confirm on the tracking page that you have received the parcel.
