Sign in, add an OpenPGP public key, and open a ticket. Your messages are encrypted to our offline key; our replies are encrypted to your key. Decrypt them in Kleopatra. Registration itself does not need a key.
The same protocol as Signal. Molly is a hardened client: it does not pull in Google services. You do not need an account on the shop.
Please do not send us anything you would not want an operator to decrypt and read: we never need your full payment details, your seed phrase, or a copy of your ID. Nobody from this shop will ever ask you for any of those.

An account needs a username and a password. Remember that username: without recovery you cannot open your tickets again if you lose it. A public key is required only when you open a ticket, not at signup, and not at checkout.
No account needed
If your question is about an order you have already placed, use your order code. It opens the order and its message thread directly, without an account.
