The seller is DD, in the Netherlands.
When you order, you give a name, an address and optionally a note for the courier. That text is stored encrypted. It cannot be read in the panel. The shipping address is wiped once you say on order tracking that the parcel has arrived.
An account is a username and a password. We do not ask for an email address. A password cannot be reset. An OpenPGP key is optional, for tickets and for an extra check when you sign in.
For an order we keep the products, the amounts, the status, the order code and the payment address. The invoice, with name, lines and total, stays encrypted. You pay with Bitcoin or Monero. There are no card details.
Messages on an order or in a ticket are encrypted. A closed ticket is deleted.
The shop software does not store an IP address. The machine the site runs on does see the traffic needed to show the page.
There is no newsletter, because we do not ask for an email address. Contact is a ticket, a message with your order code, or Signal when that is listed on the customer service page.
