Your input
How does our dosage check work?
With the dosage check you see at a glance what we recommend. You pick a product from our shop, enter your age and the amount per use, and get advice straight away: a best choice, a maximum and the tips that matter for that substance. Enter powders or crystals in milligrams, pills as a count (0.5 is half a pill), and weed or hash in grams.
Our advice is harm-reduction information in our own words, matched to the products we sell ourselves. Start low, take your weight and tolerance into account, and in doubt choose the lower end of the range.

Frequently asked questions about dosing
What is a dosage check?
The dosage check compares the amount you plan to use with our shop's advice. You pick a product, enter your age and your amount per use, and immediately see whether you are within our advice, below it, or above it.
How do I read the advice?
Under 'Best choice' you see the amount we recommend most. 'No more than' is the maximum we consider responsible. Below it you see your own amount, so you can see at a glance where you stand.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is harm-reduction information in our own words, not medical care or a prescription. Use only if you are 18 or older, and use responsibly. If you feel unwell, seek real help.
How do I work out my own dose?
Start low and take your body weight, your tolerance and whether you use alone or with others into account. In doubt, choose the lower end of the range. For research chemicals we give no dosage, because they are not for consumption.
Why your own advice and not an external source?
Our advice is matched to the products we sell ourselves, in plain language and with concrete numbers. That way the advice fits what you find in our shop, with no external references.
